Welcome to Augusta, the “city of two ports.” By staying at our B&B, you’ll discover the many attractions our region has to offer. Frederick II of Swabia took this city to heart and made it unique by transforming it into an island, connected to the mainland by two bridges with bastions.
B&B Rossini is an elegant and refined B&B located in the heart of Augusta, just steps from the city center. It’s our pleasure to share it with you… We’re happy to host you. We invite you to read our house rules. Our simple rules to follow at the B&B are not only those required by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Massimo & Alessandra will welcome you with kindness and attentiveness. They will provide valuable information, including a city map and helpful tips on museum opening hours, guided tour reservations for archaeological sites, restaurants, train and bus schedules, and taxi reservations. A daily change of bed linen is available upon request for a supplement of €10.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. This rule is in place to protect non-smokers and those who will come after you, as well as to comply with fire prevention regulations. B&B Rossini offers every comfort and meets all safety requirements for its guests.
Please note that the rooms do not have safes. Therefore, we ask that you do not leave any valuables unattended in the rooms, bathrooms, or common areas. Guests are asked to always lock doors and windows. The B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms, bathrooms, or common areas, and for any damage to persons or property caused by or to third parties. Any damage must be reported and reimbursed immediately to the property manager.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors or other guests other than those currently staying. We recommend proper and civil use of the restrooms, avoiding throwing anything in the toilet (please use the designated bins). We also recommend turning off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave your room. We appreciate your cooperation and remain available for any clarifications and wish you a pleasant stay. Enjoy your stay and thank you for choosing us.
Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date: no penalty will be applied.
- Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
All charges in the event of guest default will be applied directly to the credit card details provided by the guest at the time of booking.

The balance for the stay and registration must be paid upon arrival.
Checks are not accepted.
Children:
Children are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old stay free when using existing beds.
Children aged 3 to 10 years old must book an extra bed (if available) at a cost of €20/day.
Children aged 10 years and older are considered adults. They must book an extra bed (if available) at a cost of €20/day.
Tourist Tax:
Currently, the municipality of Augusta has not imposed a tourist tax.
A daily change of bed linens is available upon request for a supplement of €10 per change.
