Check-in and room key collection generally takes place after 12:00 PM, but this is always agreed upon in advance with the guest and their specific needs.
Here are instructions on how to enter independently:
The keys are located in a safety deposit box to the left of the entrance gate, on the street.
The code to open the safe will be given to you immediately before your arrival.
Below is a short video explaining how to open the safety deposit box. The code used in the video is an EXAMPLE only.
With the keys from the key box, you can open the outside gate and the glass door, and upon entering, you’ll find the entrance to your room on your left. A sign inside will indicate the correct entrance.
In the key ring, you’ll also find a small key that you can insert near the light switch at the room entrance. This key will be used to activate the air conditioning if needed. Once the key is inserted and turned, it cannot be removed until it’s turned off again.
If you need to leave the B&B, you must remove it, as it is securely attached to the other keys.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM; we will have no problem storing your luggage until the end of the day.
Keys must be returned to the safety deposit box using the same code.
We would appreciate a notification that the keys have been returned.
If you let us know in advance your arrival method (car/train/plane-flight number) and your arrival time, as well as any delays, we will be able to welcome you in the best possible way, avoiding unnecessary waiting. We offer the option of arriving in the morning to drop off your luggage and vehicle, if needed, so you can begin your activities and visits to our area. It is essential that our guests provide us with an approximate arrival time, or at least inform us a few hours before their arrival.
